2. Orders & Acceptance
2.1 All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by MKH KRAFTS.
2.2 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information
- Issues identified by our fraud prevention department
- Cases where we suspect manipulation of accounts to place multiple orders
2.3 If your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed back to your original payment method. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.
2.4 All products are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of placing the order.
3.3 We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of goods.
3.4 Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applicable for international orders are the responsibility of the Customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.2 Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be minor differences in color, finish, and design compared to the images displayed on our website.
4.3 Customization requests will be confirmed via email. Once customization is approved, the order becomes binding and cannot be modified or cancelled.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 We ship to addresses within India and internationally. Delivery times and charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location.
5.2 While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5.3 A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
6.1 We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
6.2 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6.3 Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged or defective.
6.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
