If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2.2 Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost.
2.3 Change of Mind
As our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
2.4 Customized Products
Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received damaged or defective. We encourage you to review your customization details carefully before confirming your order.

- Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method
- Retain proof of postage for your records
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
